At Don Quijote Restaurant, we take pride in preparing every meal with the same passion, flavor, and authenticity that define Dominican and Caribbean cuisine. Each dish we serve — whether enjoyed in our dining room, delivered to your home, or shared at a special event — is made fresh to order.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are committed to resolving any issue with fairness, professionalism, and care.

1. Our Commitment to Quality & Customer Satisfaction

Every item on our menu is prepared daily using the highest quality ingredients and authentic recipes passed down through generations. Because food is made to order and perishable, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges once an item has been prepared or delivered.

However, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If something is not right with your experience, please reach out — our team will do everything possible to make it right.

2. Dine-In & Takeout Orders
​
If you are dining in or ordering takeout and an issue arises with your meal (for example, incorrect preparation, missing items, or quality concerns):

Notify a staff member or call us at (603) 622-2246 immediately.

We will offer an on-site replacement, credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Refund requests for dine-in or takeout must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds are not provided for items that have been fully consumed or altered after leaving the premises, except in verified cases of error or quality concern.

3. Online & Delivery Orders

When ordering through our website or delivery partners, please review your items and contact information before confirming.

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory order:

We may offer one of the following:

A replacement of the item(s) at no cost.

A credit or discount for future use.

A full or partial refund (depending on circumstances).

Refunds for delivery issues (such as delays or third-party mishandling) will be evaluated individually, though we always advocate for the customer with our partners.

4. Catering & Event Orders
​
Catering orders require coordination, preparation, and staffing ahead of time.
To ensure fairness and reduce waste, the following cancellation and refund conditions apply:

72 hours or more in advance: Full refund of deposit or payment.

48–72 hours before event: 50 % refund or credit, depending on preparation progress.

Less than 48 hours: Non-refundable, as ingredients and labor have been committed.
If a catering event must be postponed or rescheduled due to emergencies or weather, we’ll gladly apply your payment toward a new date.

For large corporate or nonprofit events, custom arrangements may be available — please contact us directly.

5. Refund Process
​
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Once approved, they typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of management but always with the intent of fairness and customer satisfaction.
